Position Description

Work collaboratively on HVAC, plumbing, energy efficiency, fire protection, pump stations, and fuel system projects. Interface directly with a variety of clients in the private and public sectors and find sustainable solutions that maximize client success. Typical work will include project management, mechanical design, drafting plans using AutoCAD, calculations, cost estimating, and construction administration.

Qualifications

Candidate must hold a B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow, takes pride in their work, and will fit into our current team. A desirable candidate will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. CAD experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Position Description

Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries. Performs a variety of general office functions such as: Answer and direct phone calls, make travel arrangements, copies, scans, process incoming and outgoing mail, maintain a filing system and other related duties.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is organized, self-starter with computer skills, has attention to detail and communication skills.  Graduation from High School and current driver’s license are required. 

A desirable candidate will also possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.  Prior office experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat are preferred.
